Sunshine Coast Custom Builder -
Where We Build.

Based in Parrearra, Virtus Developments builds custom homes, luxury renovations and extensions right across the Sunshine Coast.

From Noosa to Caloundra and into the hinterland.

We are a QBCC licensed builder working across the whole Sunshine Coast. Whether your block is on the beachfront, beside a canal or up in the hills, we manage the build from groundworks and structural framing through to final handover. The areas below are where we work. Every site is different.

The Sunshine Coast covers very different building conditions, and they shape the design, the materials and the approvals. Early in every project we look at:

Coastal exposure, including salt air and wind, for sites near the beach and the river mouths
Flooding, stormwater and drainage on low-lying and canal-front blocks
Slope, access and bushfire requirements on hinterland and elevated sites
