With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Cian leads Virtus with a distinct focus on high-end, architecturally driven residential projects across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, Cian developed a profound respect for precision framing, structural integrity, and the uncompromising details required in luxury builds. This groundwork naturally evolved into advanced project management, allowing him to seamlessly bridge the gap between complex architectural concepts and practical, on-site execution.

Cian is committed to elevating building standards through absolute transparency, modern workflow systems, and strict adherence to technical compliance including the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards (AS). Whether it is a detailed bathroom revamp, a custom outdoor deck, a complex extension, or a luxury new build, Cian takes immense pride in his work, ensuring meticulous care is applied to every single project from the initial groundworks to the final handover.

The Build

Once ground breaks, our highly experienced team takes over. Led by our QBCC licensed site supervisor, we manage all trades, material procurement, and scheduling. You receive consistent, open-book updates throughout the entire construction phase.
